Business plan · Start Q2 2027 · Poland

Energy from waste. Protein from insects. AI Compute. One platform.

We are building an integrated circular bioeconomy facility in Poland: a 400 kW biogas plant as Phase I, with optional extensions — a Black Soldier Fly insect farm and an AI Compute centre.

Stable, regulated revenue from a 15-year feed-in tariff · simple operating model · long-term partnerships with local farms.

Business goal

What we build and why.

AInsekt Farm is a long-term infrastructure venture in renewable energy and circular bioeconomy. We are not chasing quick returns — we are building an asset that generates stable, regulated revenue for 15 years and creates real value for local agriculture.

/ 01

Goal

Build and commission a standalone 400 kW biogas CHP plant by September 2029 — producing 2,452 MWh per year of controllable 24/7 baseload, independent of weather.

/ 02

Mission

Close the loop of organic waste in Polish agriculture. Every ton of substrate from a local farm — potatoes, silage, apples — becomes energy, heat and organic fertilizer that returns to the same fields.

/ 03

Vision

A network of sister SPVs across Poland — each biogas plant a standalone, self-financing unit. Poland as the reference market for scaling the model across Central Europe through 2030 and beyond.

Six platform pillars

Phase I is a standalone asset. Phases II and III are additional growth.

The 400 kW biogas plant defends itself economically — without further phases. The optional insect farm and AI Compute centre are financed exclusively from Phase I cash flow and additional public support.

Project financing

Public renewables support and own equity.

The Phase I project qualifies for Polish and EU renewables support programmes. Applications are in preparation — target submission in the 2027 call cycle. The financing strategy combines investment support, a preferential loan and investor equity.
